These Terms govern your use of Coldcast (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platforms you connect.
• Don’t resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
• You’re responsible for how you use exported data, including compliance with anti-spam and privacy laws.

3. Third-party platforms

Coldcast works alongside platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Scraping may be subject to those platforms’ own terms — you’re responsible for your use of them. Coldcast is designed to reduce account risk, but cannot guarantee any third-party outcome.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldcast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
